London Hydro痴 Customer Service Centre is open from 8:15am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
What number do I call in an emergency?
To report power outages, request repairs and advise us about tree limbs on lines, call our emergency number at 661-5555. We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you have received a Final Notice or are having problems paying your hydro bill, call us at (519) 661-5503 and we値l work with you to make payment arrangements to suit your budget.
