1. Treat non-working traffic signals as a four-way stop—proceed with caution.
2. Railway crossings may not be working, so stop at all crossings.
3. If a wire falls across your car while you're in it, DO NOT GET OUT. Both the car and the ground around it may be electrified. Wait for London Hydro to send a crew to remove the wires safely. It is safe to use your cell phone if you have one.
