London Hydro Asks Customers: How Can We Serve You Better?

London, ON – London Hydro is reaching out for feedback through a short Customer Satisfaction survey, giving customers the chance to share their thoughts on electricity pricing, communications, and experience with our service.

Starting today, randomly selected customers will receive a phone call or email asking them to participate. The survey takes just 10 minutes and is conducted by our trusted partner UtilityPULSE, a research company that has worked with utilities across Ontario for more than 25 years.

“We value our customers’ voices and rely on their feedback to guide improvements,” said Ysni Semsedini, CEO of London Hydro. “This survey is pivotal in helping us identify what matters most to our customers and finding new ways to strengthen how we serve our community every day.”

London Hydro wants people to know that participation is voluntary and responses are confidential. UtilityPULSE will collect the feedback and provide London Hydro with a summary of the results, ensuring individual answers remain private.
