If you are applying for a new hydro and/or water service account, you can manage this through your MyLondonHydro account:

 

  1. Log into or register for MyLondonHydro.
  2. Click on the Move In/Out/Transfer link.
  3. Follow the step-by-step screens that will guide you through the process.
