Property Management Portal

Take control of your property information and stay up to date on what’s happening with your properties.

London Hydro’s Property Management Portal is a user-friendly web-based solution for owners of rental properties and property managers. The portal is integrated into MyLondonHydro, making it easy for customers to toggle between the portal and specific property accounts.

Through the Property Management Portal, you can:

  • Assign delegate users to access the account
  • View current tenant occupancy information
  • Receive daily email summaries with changes to the status of the properties, including:
    • Disconnections
    • Pending move in/outs
  • Quick access to the last 12 months of consumption and cost information that can be shared with potential tenants
  • Easy access to London Hydro’s Application of Service forms and FAQs

 

If you are a MyLondonHydro customer and own tenant occupied locations, you will automatically view the Property Management Portal when logging into MyLondonHydro.

Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking

As of 2023, any building 50,000 square feet or larger must report its aggregated monthly usage for 2022 to the Ministry of Energy by July 1st.

Log into London Hydro’s Property Management Portal to get all your energy and water usage in one report under My Properties.
