If you are moving outside the London Hydro jurisdiction or simply need to cancel hydro and/or water services currently in your name, manage this through your MyLondonHydro account:
- Log into your MyLondonHydro account
- Click on the Move In/Move Out/Transfer link
- Follow the step-by-step screens that will guide you through the process.
