We want to help you, so if you have received a notice of disconnection due to non-payment of an account (red card), please call us as soon as possible at 519-661-5503 from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, as we will discuss a suitable payment schedule with you.
Please note that our office doors close at 4:30 p.m., however our Collections Representatives are available to talk to you by phone until 4 p.m.
Making Emergency Payments.
We do not have a payment centre at London Hydro, however emergency payments by cheque or money order may be made through our deposit drop box, located by the Visitor Parking Lot off Talbot Street.
You may also pay by Mastercard through MyLondonHydro, or with other credit card options through Paymentus Corporation. Please notify us of an emergency payment by email at BillingSupport@londonhydro.com.
Programs That Can Provide Assistance.
There are also programs available that can provide you with assistance in making your payment.
- Ontario Energy Support Program (OESP), which can help qualifying households by providing a credit on your monthly electricity bill.
- Ontario Low-income Assistance Program (LEAP) provides financial assistance to qualifying low-income families who may be having trouble catching up with their electricity bill payments.
