New Appointment – Ryan Gauss, Director, Stakeholder Relations (Office of the CEO)

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Gauss as Director, Stakeholder Relations - Office of the CEO.

Ryan, a lifelong Londoner, brings a strong background in public service, governance, and community leadership. He most recently served for over nine years as Chief of Staff to MP Peter Fragiskatos, where he led strategic communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives. He currently serves as Chair of the London Police Service Board and has been a longtime Chair of the Board of Directors for Bethanys Hope Foundation, demonstrating his commitment to public service and community advancement.

In this role, Ryan will provide strategic support to the CEO and Executive Team by coordinating key initiatives, engaging stakeholders and community leaders, and fostering strong partnerships to enhance London Hydro's service delivery and strategy execution. He will monitor and advise on emerging community and industry trends, and collaborate closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and Communications to maximize the reach and impact of the Office of the CEO. 

Ryan’s experience and leadership will support the advancement of key strategic priorities across the organization.
