London Hydro App Download Instructions
Download Instructions for Existing MyLondonHydro Account Users
1. To download the London Hydro app, simply click on the Google Play or App Store links depending on the type of smartphone you use.
2. Click "Get" or "Install."
3. Once the London Hydro app finishes downloading to your device, select "Open."
4. Log in using the email and password you use to sign into MyLondonHydro.
5. A pop-up will appear on iOS devices asking you if you want to receive notifications. We highly recommend selecting "ALLOW" as allowing notifications will make you aware of important London Hydro updates. For Android device users, you will need to visit the Settings>Notifications tab and click the "On" toggle for the London Hydro app.
Download and Registration Instructions for NEW MyLondonHydro Account Users
1.To download the London Hydro app, simply click on the Google Play or App Store links.
2. Click "Get" or "Install."
3. Once the London Hydro app finishes downloading to your device, select "Open."
4. Select "Sign Up" to create an account. Passwords must include a minimum of 6 characters with at least one number, one upper case, and one lower case letter.
6. You will receive a confirmation email from mylondonhydro@londonhydro.com in your email inbox. If you don't see the email, we recommend checking your spam folder. You must click the link within the confirmation email. Once you click on the confirmation link to confirm your MyLondonHydro account, you can return to the London Hydro app.
7. The London Hydro app will now ask you for two billing identification numbers that will connect your email or password with your London Hydro service. We recommend having a copy of your most recent London Hydro bill handy. Alternatively, you can click the camera icon on the screen to take a picture of the top right corner of your London Hydro bill to complete this step. Click the "Done" button to access the London Hydro app.
