Alert
Unfortunately, we are not able to proceed with your registration if you do not have the power to enter your company into a legally binding agreement with London Hydro.
A potential postal strike on May 22 may delay your London Hydro paper bill. Should a postal strike take place, we'd like to remind our customers to stay aware of their account balances and bill due dates. Customers who receive paper bills can use the following options to help them stay up-to-date on their accounts:
1. Activate Your MyLondonHydro Account
All customers have a MyLondonHydro account. Activate it, and you’ll have access to your account balance and payment records 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Register for Paperless Billing
Your bill will be delivered to you by email, letting you know how much you owe and when it’s due, so you can stay up to date on your payments.
3. Sign Up for Pre-Authorized Payments
Pre-authorized payments mean your bill is always paid on time. Your monthly bill payment will be automatically withdrawn from your account, which means there will be no missed payments and no late changes.
London Hydro’s mobile app, puts your account in your pocket. You can view your account balance and pay your bill, all from your phone!
It is your responsibility to stay up-to-date on your payments, even during a postal strike. Using any or all of the above options will help you pay your bill on time and avoid late fees.
