London Hydro welcomes Stuart Smith to role of Vice President, IT and Chief Information Officer (CIO)

London, ON – September 5, 2025 – London Hydro is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Smith as Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, effective October 13, 2025.

Stuart is no stranger to London Hydro, having previously served in several key roles from Business Systems Analyst to Director of Solution Architecture. He is well-remembered by colleagues for his leadership, collegiality, and teamwork.

Since leaving London Hydro, Stuart has built an impressive track record of success. At Bruce Power, he served as Chief Information Technology Architect before joining NT Power, where he advanced from Vice President of Information Technology to Interim Chief Executive Officer.
