London Hydro Releases Five-Year Strategic Plan Pointing to 2030

As part of London Hydro’s Annual General Meeting held May 27 at London’s City Hall, a new five-year strategic plan was also unveiled.
“This is an exciting time of evolution for the organization and its team,” says Ysni Semsedini, London Hydro’s CEO. “We have been working across the organization and the community to build our shared vision for the future. This plan reflects what matters most: staying connected, being accessible, and earning your trust every day. Whether at home, at work, or anywhere else in the City of London, we’re here to empower you.”
The incoming chair of London Hydro’s board of directors, Tania Goodine notes, “what I’m most excited to see in action is our renewed vision of earning every customer; everyone at London Hydro is dedicated to this and I know we will see continued great results as we pursue this vision.”
This Strategic Plan will take London Hydro to 2030 and includes five main pillars: Building for the Future, Creating and Communicating Value, Pursuing Operational Excellence, Serving Our Customers and Community, and Strengthening People and Culture.
